Wishart Business Precinct is easily accessed via the Wishart Road/Kirkland Road arterial link which joins Palmerston to Berrimah, the East Arm Port & Rail line, the proposed Oil & Gas Marine Supply Base, and the Darwin CBD. The precinct is also only 2.8 km as the crow flies across the harbour from the INPEX Gas Plant at Bladin Point.

Wishart Road/Kirkland Road also links the East Arm Port and Darwin to the route taken to reach the Bladin Point Gas Plant Site, Wickham Point Gas Plant and the Channel Island Power Station.

Stage 1 of the Wishart Business Precinct is located directly adjacent to Wishart Road/Kirkland Road, and on the left side of the highway as you depart Palmerston.
